31st Annual Convention

March 25 – 27, 2010

The International Listening Association will hold its 31st Annual Convention in Albuquerque, NM, March 25-27, 2010. This unique opportunity offers a chance for professionals, teachers and trainers, and practitioners in all areas the opportunity to enhance their listening research knowledge, application, and skills.

The International Listening Association was formed in 1979 to promote the study, development, and teaching of effective listening in all settings. The annual convention, to be held at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque, is for professionals from diverse backgrounds to share information, to support research efforts, and to promote the practice and teaching of effective listening.

The International Listening Association’s mission “is to advance the practice, teaching, and research of listening throughout the world.”

Proposals for papers and programs are now being accepted. The form is on the website, and it may be sent electronically (preferred) or through the US mail.
