To apply for the Certified Listening Professional Certification program, please fill out the traditional track application form. Once you complete the application and are accepted to the program you will be asked to pay the entire fee and the materials charges.
Please
use PayPal to send your application fee to the ILA. Use
the email address info@listen.org to "send" the $25.00 fee. It is not
required that you have your own account to send money through PayPal.
You simply go to www.Paypal.com and click on "send money"
at the top of the page. (This picture is not
a link, just a picture of what you will see on PayPal.) Of course, you
can use your own account if you have one. The process is similar. After you are notified of acceptance as a
"CLP candidate," please return to this page to use PayPal to send the additional fees to the ILA.
Certification is payable yearly. There are no
rolling renewal dates; no matter when you pay your initial fee, you will
be asked to renew during the convention dates for the coming year.
